Just a little update on the baby

We went in to the doctor today so they could measure the baby. She is pretty big already. They estimate that she weighs 8 and a half pounds already. She is the same size Chase was right now, but Chase was born now, so as long as she is born in the next week or so, things are good. If she doesn't come out before the 22nd they will measure her again. If they think she is bigger than 9 and a half pounds, they will do some kind of thing to test to see if her lungs are developed and then give me a c-section to take her out. They really don't want her to get bigger than 9 and a half pounds. I am a little nervous about having a c-section. I really don't want one, so I hope and pray she comes next week. We will see.

Ethan turned 27 this last week. We didn't do that much to celebrate. We had cake and had some friends over. Ethan had a lot of fun. He is a wonderful man, and I am so lucky to be married to him. He has too many wonderful qualities to list. I do have to say that he is an amazing father. He is great with Chase and he is so good with me being pregnant. He is so patient and understanding of the aches and pains that I go through. I am so grateful for him and his support. HAPPY BIRTHDAY ETHAN.

We brought a lady bug in with our Christmas tree. Chase is really into bugs lately, so he was really excited to see one move. He liked it at first, but then Ethan scared him; he wasn't really a fan after that. We just thought these pics were cute.

We went out and got a Christmas tree last weekend. We had so much fun this year. Chase was really excited. It is a lot of fun to watch him start to get into Christmas. He wanted to be a part of everything when it came to putting up the tree. He sees Santa and says "Hi Santa." He wakes up every morning and says "Pretty Christmas tree." He is really excited. We can't wait until Christmas morning. Both Ethan and I can't believe how much our little boy has grown up.
